- 🧅 2 onions
- 1 can tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 red chilies

- A small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice onions into 1 cm thick rings and separate them.
Remove seeds from red chilies and finely chop them.
Dice the sliced cheese into small pieces.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.
In a bowl, mix tuna, chopped chilies, turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp of starch.
Add diced cheese to the mixture and knead until smooth.
Lightly coat onion rings with starch.
Fill the onion rings tightly with the tuna mixture.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and coat the filled onion rings.
Heat a pan, add a small amount of oil, and fry the rings on medium-low heat until golden brown.
Do not overcook to retain the crunchy texture of the onions.
