ÉTAPES
Open the canned tuna and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow any volatile substances to dissipate.
Finely chop the carrot, onion, and green onion.
Combine the drained tuna and chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Add salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, black pepper, and flour to the mixture.
Shape the mixture into small round patties.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Coat the patties first in flour and then in the beaten egg.
Pan-fry the patties in a preheated skillet until golden brown on both sides.
