INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 1 red bell pepper
- 20 perilla leaves
- 🥚 2 eggs
- An adequate amount of cooking oil
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare tuna, perilla leaves, and red bell pepper. Finely chop the perilla leaves and bell pepper.
Drain the oil from the tuna can and mash the tuna in a bowl. Add the chopped perilla leaves, bell pepper, eggs, and rice, then mix well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture, shape it into a round pancake, and fry until golden brown. Reserve half of the mixture.
Add sliced cheese to the remaining mixture, mix well, and fry into pancakes until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or Parmesan cheese powder if desired.
