- 🐟 1 can tuna (100g)
- 🥔 1 medium potato
- 1 green chili
Seasoning
- 2 ladles water
- 1 ladle soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into large chunks.
In a pot, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add the potato chunks to the pot and cook until they are halfway done.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and add it along with the green chili to the pot. Simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked.
