INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 500g peeled potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced
Protein
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Peel and slice potatoes into 1cm thick pieces. Soak in cold water to remove starch.
Slice green onion into large diagonal pieces. Optionally, add half an onion sliced into strips.
Layer potatoes in a frying pan. Add canned tuna, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, black pepper, red pepper flakes, gochujang, and sliced green onion. Pour in water.
Mix the sauce with water, cover the pan, and cook on high heat until boiling. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 12-13 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with rice.
