INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), sliced
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, separated into florets
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, a pinch
White Sauce
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- Black pepper, a pinch
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into 7mm slices and soak in water. Thinly slice the onion and separate the broccoli into florets.
Microwave the potato slices in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 5 minutes at 600W.
Steam the broccoli with 3 tbsp of water in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, then remove the lid and evaporate excess water.
Add olive oil and onion to the pan and sauté until the onion softens. Stir in flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Add potatoes, tuna, and the white sauce ingredients to the pan. Stir and cook until thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof container, top with shredded cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
