- 🐟 340g canned tuna
- 2 spicy peppers, finely chopped
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 4 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Drain the canned tuna using a sieve to remove excess liquid.
Finely chop the spicy peppers, green onion, and onion.
In a bowl, mix doenjang, gochujang, water, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, plum extract, and sesame oil to create the ssamjang sauce.
Combine the drained tuna and chopped vegetables with the ssamjang sauce.
Optional: Add sunflower seeds or other nuts for extra texture.
