ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the carrot.
Mix the drained tuna, egg, chopped vegetables, and salt together.
Add batter flour gradually to make the mixture firm.
Shape the mixture into patties by hand, pressing firmly to maintain the shape.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat and cook the patties.
Flip the patties once the bottom is firm and golden brown.
Serve with store-bought tonkatsu sauce.
