Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 3 okra pods
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Avocado Sauce Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Season the tuna with a pinch of salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Finely chop the onion and mix it with diced avocado, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the avocado sauce.
Blanch the okra in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then slice into small pieces.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Plate the seared tuna, top with the avocado sauce, and garnish with sliced okra and cherry tomatoes.
