- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Fish
- 🐟 35g canned tuna, drained
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and drain the canned tuna.
Place the minced onion evenly in a microwave-safe container, crack the egg on top, and poke holes in the yolk with a toothpick.
Add pepper and vinegar, then microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix in mayonnaise, parsley, and tuna thoroughly.
Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread, top with another slice, and cut into halves to serve.
