INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 🧅 30g minced onion
- A pinch of parsley
- 10g capers
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of baguette
ÉTAPES
Finely mince the onion, parsley, and capers.
Cut the tuna into 1cm cubes and chop until slightly sticky.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, egg yolk, and seasonings (olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice).
Add the grated garlic, minced onion, parsley, and capers to the bowl and mix well.
Plate the tartare and serve with baguette slices.
