INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 🥡 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 3 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 chopped chili
- A small amount of chopped chives or perilla leaves
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients in one place.
Chop the chili and chives finely. Drain and mash the tofu to remove excess water. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Mix all prepared ingredients together and season with salt.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and scoop small portions of the mixture onto the pan.
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the tuna tofu pancakes warm and enjoy!
