INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 60g of sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧅 5cm of green onion
- 🌱 1/3 tsp of wasabi
- 🧂 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of dashi powder
- 💧 300ml of water
Toppings
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🌱 Additional wasabi to taste
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion lengthwise, remove the core, and cut into thin strips. Soak in water and drain to make shiraga-negi.
Mix soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl. Add the tuna and coat evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat dashi powder and water in a pot over medium heat until boiling to make the broth.
Place cooked rice in a serving bowl. Top with marinated tuna, shiraga-negi, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Add additional wasabi if desired. Pour the hot dashi broth over the dish.
