ÉTAPES
Grate the yam into a smooth paste.
Pat the tuna dry with a kitchen paper towel.
Mix mirin and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, then let cool. Add tuna and mix well. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Arrange the marinated tuna in a serving dish, pour the grated yam over it, and top with seaweed flakes and wasabi.
