INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 turnips (150g), peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 asparagus spears, peeled and halved
Canned Goods
- 1 can of tuna in oil (70g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut the turnips into wedges, leaving 3cm of stem. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and cut diagonally in half.
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the canned tuna and combine well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the turnips and asparagus until tender. Serve with the tuna mayo dressing on the side.
