INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
- 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 small potato (120g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Canned Goods
- 80g canned mixed beans
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp consomme
- 💧 100ml water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Dice the potato and soak in water to remove excess starch. Slice the onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and bacon, then stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add potato, onion, mushrooms, and mixed beans to the pot. Stir-fry until the ingredients are coated with oil.
Add the canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup, consomme, and water. Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes until the potato is tender.
