Seaweed
- 3 tbsp dried hijiki
Pickled
- 2 pickled plums, chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Condiment
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Seeds
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove the seeds from the pickled plums and chop them finely. Soak the dried hijiki in a bowl of water (amount as per package instructions) and drain well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the hijiki. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the moisture evaporates. Add the salad oil and stir until well coated.
Add the chopped pickled plums and mentsuyu to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid is fully absorbed. Mix in the white sesame seeds.
