- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch mitsuba, chopped
Seafood
- 40g shirasu (whitebait)
Pickles
- 🍑 3 pickled plums, chopped
Prepared Foods
- 8 pieces seasoned inari tofu pockets
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut mitsuba into 2cm lengths. Remove seeds from pickled plums and roughly chop.
In a bowl, mix cooked white rice, 2/3 of the chopped mitsuba, shirasu, chopped pickled plums, and ponzu soy sauce.
Stuff the seasoned inari tofu pockets with the rice mixture. Top with the remaining chopped mitsuba.
