- 8 slices pork loin (160g)

- 2 pickled plums

- 8 shiso leaves
Cheese
- 🧀 20g processed cheese (2 pieces)
Cooking Oil
- Appropriate amount of salad oil
Breading
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Appropriate amount of breadcrumbs
ÉTAPES
Remove the pits from the pickled plums and mash them into a paste. Cut the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them in half lengthwise. Cut the processed cheese into 4 equal pieces.
Lay the pork slices flat on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper. Place 2 shiso leaf halves on each slice, spread the plum paste, and add a piece of cheese. Roll tightly from one end and secure the roll. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Coat each roll in flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (338°F). Fry the rolls for about 4 minutes until golden brown and the pork is cooked through.
