- 120g bean sprouts
Meat
- 160g thinly sliced pork loin
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Pit the plums and chop them roughly with a knife.
Lay two slices of pork slightly overlapping, season with salt and pepper, add chopped plum and bean sprouts on top, sprinkle with flour, and roll tightly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the pork rolls seam-side down, and cook until browned.
Once the pork is evenly browned and cooked through, add sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Stir to coat the rolls evenly.
