- 🥩 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥬 1/6 cabbage
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Slice the cabbage, onion, and optional perilla leaves thinly.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the cabbage and onion.
Remove the stir-fried vegetables and set them aside on a plate.
Cook the pork belly strips until golden and crispy.
Remove excess grease from the pan using a paper towel and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, and 3 tbsp water to the pan and simmer the pork until glazed.
Serve rice in a bowl as the base.
Layer the stir-fried vegetables evenly over the rice.
Place the glazed pork belly on top of the vegetables.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place the yolks on top of the pork.
