- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Shell the usui endo peas and set aside.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, salt, dashi powder, and water) with the shelled peas. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs over the peas, cover, and cook for 1–2 minutes until the eggs are softly set.
