- 165g almond flour
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 🍬 120g sugar
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥛 170g sweetened soy milk
- 60g vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Mix cake flour, almond flour, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Combine soy milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt in another bowl.
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir with a spatula until combined.
Form the dough into a 2cm thick sheet and flatten evenly.
Cut the dough into desired shapes using a scraper and place on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25-28 minutes.
