INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- 💧 15 cups water
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the chopped carrot first, then add zucchini, and stir-fry together with the cooked rice.
While stir-frying, drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Add water to the stir-fried rice and vegetables until the rice is submerged. Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat. Add more water as it starts to thicken.
After 20 minutes of stirring and pressing with a ladle, add the drained tuna.
Continue stirring for 5 minutes in circular motions, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes to finish.
