- 110g Vienna sausages
- 🥚 270g peeled quail eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Rinse the peeled quail eggs several times with water and drain them using a strainer.
Make small cuts on the Vienna sausages and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, gochujang, and corn syrup to prepare the sauce.
Heat a pan with some oil, add the quail eggs and sausages, and stir-fry them.
Add sugar and stir-fry briefly, then pour in the prepared sauce and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
