- 🌭 15-16 Vienna sausages
- 🥬 1 bowl of aged kimchi
- 0.5 ladle of kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups anchovy stock
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the Vienna sausages into small cuts.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add aged kimchi and red pepper powder, and stir-fry until softened.
Pour anchovy stock and add kimchi juice, then add the Vienna sausages. Bring to a boil.
Season with tuna sauce and let it boil until fully cooked.
