Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mix all seasoning ingredients together in advance to save time.
Make cross-shaped cuts on the Vienna sausages or any preferred pattern.
Blanch the sausages in boiling water until the cuts slightly open.
Remove excess water from the sausages to prepare for frying.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages until the surface becomes slightly crispy.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and coat the sausages evenly.
Cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the sausages.
Sprinkle nuts on top and stir briefly to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy. Optionally, add rice cakes for variation.
