INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 20g glass noodles
- 4 slices ham
- 80g salted wakame
- 40g red bell pepper
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Wash the salted wakame in water, soak it for 5 minutes, and squeeze out excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the red bell pepper horizontally. Cut the glass noodles in half.
Cut the ham in half and then into 5mm wide strips.
Boil the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Add the wakame during the last minute of boiling. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the glass noodles, wakame, ham, and bell pepper. Toss well to combine.
