Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Meat
- 🍗 120g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the chicken thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry briefly to coat with oil.
Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Add wakame and seasonings, then simmer for another 2 minutes.
