INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Liquid
- 💧 300 ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin slices.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat lightly.
In a pot, add water, sake, and chicken. Bring to a boil over medium heat and skim off any foam.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, green onion, and wakame. Simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot and cook until semi-set.
Serve in bowls, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
