- 2 chikuwa, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp dried wakame, rehydrated
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (2x concentrated)
- 4g bonito flakes
- White sesame seeds, as needed
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the cucumber and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it sit until softened, then rinse and drain. Thinly slice the chikuwa. Rehydrate the wakame in water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mentsuyu, bonito flakes, and sesame seeds. Add the prepared ingredients and toss to combine.
