- 150g Chinese cabbage
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Soup Base
- 300ml water
- 1/2 tsp beef soup stock
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the Chinese cabbage by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
In a pot, combine water, beef soup stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add the Chinese cabbage and wakame to the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with white sesame seeds.
