ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the wakame in plenty of water and drain. Cut off both ends of the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into thin diagonal slices. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), rub gently, and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, salt, vinegar). Add the wakame, cucumber, and dried shirasu, then toss to combine.
