Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Remove the strings from the snow peas.

In a pot, bring water and Japanese dashi powder to a boil. Add salt, soy sauce, dried wakame, and roasted fu. Simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.
