- 20g salted wakame
- 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Wash the salted wakame under running water and soak it in plenty of water for about 3 minutes to remove the salt. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice it into rounds. Place the cucumber in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients), mix, and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the dressing. Add the wakame, cucumber, and dried sakura shrimp, then toss to combine.
