INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Grated cheese to taste
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain water.
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut bacon into 5mm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add bacon and cook slowly until crispy. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add shimeji mushrooms and grated garlic. Sauté until softened. Add broccoli, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
Plate the sautéed vegetables, top with crispy bacon, and sprinkle grated cheese over the dish.
