Trim the root of the wasabi greens and cut into 3cm pieces. Separate the shiitake caps from the stems, slice the caps thinly, and slice the stems lengthwise.

Place the shiitake, wasabi greens, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
