INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag of wasabi greens
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
Protein
- 150g of silken tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of miso
- 1/3 tsp of dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the wasabi greens and cut into 3cm pieces. Separate the shiitake caps from the stems, slice the caps thinly, and slice the stems lengthwise.
Place the shiitake, wasabi greens, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Place a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate, crumble the silken tofu onto it, and spread evenly. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes without covering. Drain excess water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (white sesame, sugar, miso, dashi powder) in a bowl. Add the tofu and mix well, then add the cooked vegetables and mix until flavors are well combined.
