INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (200g), cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, whole
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the garlic.
Clean the squid by removing the entrails, cartilage, and beak. Slice the body into 1cm rings and cut the tentacles into manageable pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Once the squid changes color, add the cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and seasonings (sake, salt, and pepper). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
