INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings boiled udon noodles
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 slices ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 40g curry roux (2 blocks)
Broth
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp white dashi
ÉTAPES
Slice the leek diagonally and cut the ginger into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add leek and ginger, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the broth ingredients (water, sake, white dashi) and mix. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add curry roux, and stir until dissolved. Heat again over medium heat, add boiled udon noodles, and cook until warmed through.
