INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🧅 10 cm of green onion, sliced diagonally
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp white dashi
- 1 tbsp miso paste

- 💧 300 ml water
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu, cut into strips
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm strips.
Heat water in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add the fried tofu and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add dried seaweed and white dashi, then dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Heat gently without boiling.
