INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 200g enoki mushrooms
- 10cm white part of green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 slices ginger, minced
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
- 100cc water
- 100cc unsweetened soy milk
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili oil, as needed
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut enoki mushrooms into 1cm pieces and separate them. Mince garlic, green onion, and ginger.
Cut tofu into 1cm cubes. Boil water in a pot, add tofu, and cook until it gently moves. Drain the tofu.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and green onion until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook until browned. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add sake and water, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Add seasonings, tofu, and soy milk, and heat until warm. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Serve in a bowl and drizzle with chili oil.
