INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and cut into sticks
- 🍄 1 pack white shimeji mushrooms, separated
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise for cooking
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise for sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm thick sticks. Soak them in water and drain. Separate the white shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Mix the mayonnaise and ponzu soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Add the shimeji mushrooms and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and stir briefly before serving.
