INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🥦 1 whole cauliflower
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Condiments
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the stem of the cauliflower and finely chop the stem.
Boil water in a pot, add the cauliflower, and cook for 3 minutes. Flip it over and continue boiling for 6 minutes until the core softens. Drain the water.
Place all ☆ ingredients in a microwave-safe container.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped cauliflower stem to the container and mix thoroughly.
Cover loosely again and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Place the boiled cauliflower on a serving dish, pour the meat sauce over it, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
