Bread
- 🥖 1 baguette (40cm)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 To taste black pepper

- 🦞 2 mentaiko
ÉTAPES
Cut off the surface of the baguette and hollow out the inside to create a boat-like shape.
Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and remove the roe from the skin.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Add the mentaiko, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and black pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place the bacon strips into the hollowed baguette and pour the sauce mixture over them.
Top with pizza cheese and sprinkle black pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
