Main
- 🌭 10 sausages (200g)
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- Chopped parsley as needed
Dough
- 🥚 1 egg
- 150g pancake mix
- 🥛 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
In a sturdy plastic bag, add the egg, pancake mix, yogurt, and 1 tsp vegetable oil. Knead until smooth to form the dough. Cut a 5mm opening at the tip of the bag.
Heat 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 2 minutes until fully cooked, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Pipe the dough into 6cm-long strips, two at a time, in the pan.
Cook on low heat for about 1 minute. Add 5g of shredded cheese and 1 sausage to each strip, then roll the dough around the sausage. Cook while rolling for about 3 minutes until the dough is fully cooked. Repeat for all 10 rolls.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with ketchup, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
