- 6 black peppercorns
ÉTAPES
Shape the pear and apple into round balls using a scooper.
In a pot, add red wine, cinnamon, and black peppercorns, and simmer over low heat.
Once the wine starts boiling, add the pear and apple balls and simmer until the liquid reduces by half.
Cool the mixture completely.
Transfer the cooled mixture into a serving container.
Skewer the poached pear and apple balls with fruit skewers and serve.
