INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 400g winter melon, peeled and sliced
- 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 100g frozen seafood mix
Eggs
- 🥚 6 boiled quail eggs
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 150ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Peel and slice the winter melon, chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice carrot and shiitake mushroom.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add grated garlic and ginger, then stir-fry the prepared vegetables until the cabbage softens.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and water) to the pan.
Add the frozen seafood mix and boiled quail eggs, simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
