Wrapper
- 14 wonton wrappers
Meat
- 70g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bok choy (100g)
- 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- a pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion into thin strips and soak in water to remove bitterness.
Finely chop dried shrimp.
Mix ground pork, minced green onion, chopped shrimp, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Place 1/14 of the meat mixture onto each wonton wrapper, fold diagonally, and seal edges.
Boil wontons in a pot of water until they float, then cook for an additional minute. Drain and set aside.
In a separate pot, heat soup base ingredients over medium heat. Add bok choy stems and simmer for 3–5 minutes. Add bok choy leaves and wontons, then cook briefly.
Serve soup in bowls and garnish with sliced green onion.
