INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seaweed
- 2 sheets roasted nori
Protein
- 2 pieces chikuwa
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 410 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces.
Add the soaked rice and seasonings (salt, dashi powder, and water) into the rice cooker and mix well.
Tear the roasted nori into small pieces and add it along with the chikuwa to the rice cooker. Start the cooking process as usual.
Once cooked, mix the rice gently and serve.
