    • 🧅 1/4 onion, grated
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix the sweet vinegar ingredients (sugar, vinegar, salt) in a bowl.

Combine the warm cooked rice with the sweet vinegar mixture and mix gently. Let it cool to make sushi rice.

Grate the onion and mix it with the yakiniku sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce). Add the beef and marinate for 5 minutes.

Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the marinated beef with the sauce over medium heat for 3 minutes until the beef changes color. Let it cool.

Mix beaten eggs with milk in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Stir and microwave again for 1 minute. Stir again.

Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool and chop.
